Element Miami Brickell Review: WORST Management Ever (2023)
This post covers my horror story at the Element Miami Brickell hotel. After spending 24 nights in a noisy room, with awful cleaning service, lack of breakfast, and invisible staff, I was charged with a $300 room damage charge after checking out. The general manager admitted this was a wrong charge, but they never reimbursed it on my card. AVOID this hotel, there are much better options around at a similar price point.
