Lufthansa 747-8 Buenos Aires to Frankfurt Business Class: Summer Landing in Frankfurt [VIDEO]
On this flight I got a free upgrade to Business Class for being Star Alliance Gold (SAS EuroBonus Gold member). This is very rare in Lufthansa, but maybe due to operational reasons they had to upgrade a few passengers to make room in other cabins (economy / premium economy). When this happens, passengers are sorted based on Elite Status and Sequence Number (check-in order), and maybe I was lucky to be among the first in the list!
