I’m 17.677 SEK Away From My Next SAS Amex Elite Fly 2 for 1 Voucher (REMINDER)

I cannot believe even October is coming to an end! I always feel the last couple of months of every year go away in a blink of an eye.

I was checking my SAS Amex Elite balance and realized I am still 17.677kr away from my second 2 for 1 voucher. You can check your progress in the Amex App or on their website.

SAS Amex Elite 2 for 1 voucher – How does it work?

The SAS American Express Elite is an expensive credit card but comes with a huge benefit that can be very profitable. I recently showed an example in this post, where I burned a lot of my 750.000 SAS EuroBonus points to secure some good flights. In that post, I used one of my Amex 2 for 1 voucher getting a whopping €0.12 cents per point!

For every 150.000 kr you spend with the SAS Amex Elite, you get a voucher to book two award tickets for the price of one (in EuroBonus points). The tickets must be on the same route, date, and reservation. The vouchers also work for Star Alliance flights through the SAS EuroBonus portal.

You can use a tool like AwardFares to search for availability, and then book via the SAS website. On the SAS website, you can log in to your account, and go to “SAS bonusresort” or “SAS award tickets”. After searching for a destination, if you have a voucher available to use, you will see a checkbox to enable it for use, along with the expiration date.

Note: if you have multiple vouchers, you will only see one of them at a time (only one checkbox), and it is always sorted by the most recent expiration date.
